roof with brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 2-window front. Late C19 four-pane horned sashes;
timber lintels over ground floor sashes; central doorway with
original pilastered doorcase with entablature and hood;
original 6-panel door. INTERIOR not inspected.
