Two shops. Probably late C16 with later alterations.
Timber-frame with stucco and some brick to rear; tile roof. 2
storeys with attic; 6-window range. 3 jettied gables. Ground
floor has 2 recessed late C20 shop fronts. 1st floor has
windows in timber architraves with horned sashes, those to
left of 12 panes, those to right with plate glass; attic has
2-light wooden-mullioned windows with leaded glazing. Exposed
timber-framing to gables has cusped curved braces to square
panels. Rear has C20 gabled brick wings. INTERIOR: 1st floor
has moulded beams; timber-framing with tension braces, no
infill panels.
