Barn and stabling, now shops. C17 with c1800 refronting and
rebuilding and late C20 restoration. Brick with some
timber-frame; tile roof with hipped angle, slate roof to end.
L-plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range with return to Windsor
Street. Wide entry to rebuilt part to left and C20 shop front;
1st floor has two C20 2-light casements, one in gabled
half-dormer. Right return to Windsor Street has 4-window range
with 2 shop fronts and C20 glazing to 3 segmental-headed
windows; 2-light casements to 1st floor. Right end has c1800
former stable with buff headers, modillioned brick cornice and
slate roof; shop front and poster to blind segmental-headed
opening with splayed reveals to right; similar 1st-floor
window with flanking segmental-headed windows, all with C20
glazing. Rear similar; central gabled wing with C20 glazed
infill to former barn entrance; timber-framed section of wall
to right has brick infill to square framing. INTERIOR: noted
as having original heavy roof trusses.
