GV II

House. Mid-C18. Red brick and some stone bands and dressings, with
hipped slate roofs and brick stack behind ridge to left. 3 storeys
with sill-bands on all floors and modillioned cornice to blocking
course. Regular 5 window front, the central bay in slight recession;
glazing bar sashes in open boxes, with gauged brick heads and raised
keystones. Central panelled doors in arched surround with fanlight in
projecting Roman Doric porch with 2 full columns and triglyph frieze to
hood.
