The picture shows the building described in the first half of the listing. The 'broad dentilled eaves band' refers to the toothed pattern of alternate projecting brick headers, just below the line of the roof tiles. The plaque reads 'Dale House' - the original farmhouse complex probably split into separate dwellings. (Photo Apr 2012)
