Early C19. A large block with rounded corner to churchyard. Red brick with stucco plinth, band at 1st floor, cornice and blocking course. Hipped roof. 3 storeys. 5 windows to Lower Church Street, 1 window in rounded southern corner and a further window in 2 storey part facing into the churchyard. All barred sashes with incised stucco lintels and keystones. Paired former doorways to north, all set in stucco panels with cornices above moulded archivolts with keystones and pilasters. Doors have round arched fanlights. (Photo Aug 2008).
