South aspect. C13 Church built of ironstone with limestone dressings. Tower with no buttresses has two stages, but there are string courses to look like a balanced three. Late C14 Decorated Gothic steeple - crocketed pinnacles, crocketed spire and crenellated parapet with 12 gargoyles. C19 south porch, Perpendicular gothic clerestory. (Photo Mar 2007).
