House. Mid-late C19. Yellow-brown brick in Flemish bond; plain tile roof. 2
storeys; 3 bays, left bay set back. The 2 right-hand bays, under paired gables,
are framed by giant pilasters, paired at centre, with banded capitals; a 16-pane
sash to each floor of each bay with glazed yellow-brick flat arches and hood-
moulds; fretted, decorative barge-boards; lateral stacks. Entrance bay, set back
on left has similar pilaster to left; 6-panel door and 2-panel overlight in
panelled reveal having architrave with pilasters, frieze and bracketed cornice;
6-pane C20 casement above with hoodmould. Right return: angle pilasters; door
on right under segmental arch with similarly arched window to left and 16-pane
sash above; eaves band.
