Cottage. Probably late C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Reddish-brown local brick
with plinth of large stones to right. Swept pantile roof with end stacks. Two
storeys, 3 bays. Segmental arched C19 sashes in flush wood architraves to 1st
floor, modern casements under segmental brick arches below. Central entrance with
C20 door and porch. Included for group considerations. It prolongs the same line
of frontage, eaves and roof level and shape of old timbers.
