Office, formerly a house. Dated 1885. Red brick, with some moulded brick decorations. Two storeys, basement and gable storey. One main bay wide. Prominent shaped gable. Projecting porch to left hand side; canted bay window to right on ground floor. Brick pilasters to upper floors. Square-headed triple window to first floor, single central window above. Sashes, with glazing bars to upper floors and leaded lights to ground floor. Panelled door. Panels of moulded brick with fruit and sunflower motifs.
