Row of 5 cottages. Mid C18. Coursed rubblestone with graduated stone slate
roofs. 2 storeys. 8 bays: central 2 bays pedimented; 2 bays on left and
1 bay on right slightly set back; further bay to right of 1 storey; further
2-storey bay to left with 1-storey bay beyond. 2 central doors, and
2 flanking centre, all of boards with flat brick arches. Half-glazed door
to right of left-hand bay. All ground-floor windows are side-sliding sashes
with stone cills and flat brick arches. First-floor windows are side-
sliding sashes with segmental brick arches apart from bays 3, 5 and 6 which
have casements. Central bays have open pediment with central round-arched
blind window with brick arch. 3 end stacks, 3 ridge stacks. Hipped roof to
lower right bay.
