of Chapel; 2 storeys. 1 window bay facing east. Hipped slate roof.
Sandstone. Red brick dentilled eaves cornice, quoins, band and dressings.
On east side, 1 sash window above and below; sash windows in reveals in
flat arches; glazing bars intact; rubbed brick voussoirs.
