SK39SE ROTHERHAM GRANGE PARK 4/42 Grange Park Farmhouse - WG II Farmhouse. Dated '1672' on door lintel. Coursed rubble sandstone, renewed pantile roof. 3-room plan with later single-storey addition to front left, otherwise 2 storeys. Quoins, chamfered plinth. Chamfered, quoined doorway to right flanked by paired 8-pane sashes, those to right in an altered double-chamfered surround. C20 casement to far left probably occupying position of former door (plinth interrupted). Dripmould rises over doorway and is interrupted above window to its left. Small, blind, double-chamfered window over door flanked by 3-light casements; similar blind window to left with 3-light casement with glazing bars beyond. Ashlar plinths to 2 renewed brick ridge stacks. Addition to front left has door and window in right return, stone slate roof. Rear of main range: several original window surrounds, dripstones to ground floor. Left return: intact 3-light double-chamfered mullioned window with hoodmould to ground floor.
