NORTH STREET 1. 972 (East Side) Nos 71 & 72 SU 8604 NW 4/41 II GV 2. C18. 2 storeys and attic. 1 window each. No 71 has a modern brick front on first floor and a higher frontage. No 72 stuccoed and projecting slightly further west; eaves bracket cornice. 1 dormer each. No 71 has an early C19 shop front with glazing bars and 1 first floor window in a brick arch. No 72 has modern plate-glass shop window. Small east-west timber-framed wing behind.

No 68 with garden wall on north side, Nos 69 to 72 (consec) and No 70A form a group.
