Mid C19 villa of 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Yellow stock brick with
stucco frieze, dentil cornice and parapets 1st floor side windows in raised
panels resting on all band. Moulded architraves 1st floor windows,
sashes with glazing bars at sides, casement in centre. Ground floor 3-light
sashes, with horizontal bars, in flat stucco surrounds with console bracketed
cornice and pediment. 5 steps to prostyle Doric porch with fluted columns.
4-panel door with rectangular fanlight and bracketed cornice. Cast iron
guards to ground floor windows. Curved wrought iron area covers.

Nos 207 to 229 (odd) form a group.
