Cottage. Mid/late C18. Flared brick, in header bond, with red-brick dressings
old plain-tile roof with brick stack. Single-unit plan with rear outshut. 2
storeys. Narrow front, with stepped brick plinth, has door with C20 canopy, to
right, and a 2-light casement, to left, plus similar casement above, all with
segmental arches. Stack to left. Interior not inspected. May be a refronting of
an earlier structure.
