Mid C19. Halianate. Four storeys, 5 bays wide. Gault brick and stucco. The ground
floor is treated as an architectural basement with chancelled stucco, round-arched
windows; triglyph frieze and cornice. First and second floors represent a national
giant order, with plain frieze and modillion cornice; first floor windows have
architrave surrounds and segmental pediments; second floor windows are linked with
a plain stucco cill band. The third floor is treated as an attic storey above the
main cornice with brick pilasters, stucco cornice and blocking.
Set back to the left a single storey wing with balustraded parapet, containing the
main entrance.
To the left again a 2-storey modern extension.
