Two cottages in row. C17. Timber framed, much replaced in
rendered and roughcast brick. Thatched roof. Single storey and
attic. Each cottage of 2 bays, with stack at north end. No 218
symmetrical, with central open lean-to porch. C19 timber casement
windows with cambered headed openings to ground floor, and 2 flush
dormers. No 220 has similar but offset porch and leaded timber
windows, and a single flush dormer. Roof hipped at south end and
integral lean-to. Tiled single storey link to weatherboarded and
thatched outbuilding to rear of No 218.
