Estate cottages. 1843. Buff brickwork in header bond, with
raised red brick quoins to corners and all openings. Fish-scale
and triangular tiles to roofs. Two storeys, 'T' plan, the stem
with paired gables facing the Green and two entrances set beneath
wide open timber gable with pierced barge boards. Boarded doors
with cover mouldings. Raised brick quoins and gauged lintels to
window openings, and 2-light iron diamond lattice glazing.
External stacks to sides of forward wing, and three internal
stacks, all with multiple red brick flues bonded at heads.
Striking design, externally mostly as built.
