Late C18. Coursed and squared rubble with brick quoins. Hipped old tile
roof. Only one window to street, small vent with segmental head to left of
centre and some brick patches. Lean-to to left with brick verging and corrugated
iron roof. East gable has a 3 light window. 2 rustic stone piers with ball
capping at entrance to stable court and ramped walls.
