House, now shop. Early C19, and late C19 rear workshop range. The shop is stucco with double-pitch pantile roof, stepped stone copings and brick stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan; 2 storeys; 2-window range. First floor has 6/6-pane sashes in forward frames; ground floor has C20 shop to the right with a moulded cornice to the fascia, and a carriage entrance with Ham Hill stone segmental arch to the left. Left return is limestone rubble. The carriageway leads to a courtyard and on the right, attached to the south west corner of the building, is a 2-storey 1 window range limestone rubble wing with oak lintels to C20 windows and access by a C20 staircase to the first floor. INTERIOR not inspected.
