Terrace of 8 houses. c.1836. Yellow stock brick set in Flemish
bond with rusticated stucco ground floor with plain band at
1st floor level; roofs obscured by parapet, party-wall brick
stacks. Three storeys with basement; 2 windows each.
Symmetrical facade with projecting central bay (nos. 103 and
105). Sidehall entrance plan with staircase. Steps rise to
entrance (no. 97 with additional entrance bay and no. 111 with
entrance to right return in Thornhill Road): doorway with
pilaster jambs carrying corniced-head, patterned fanlight and
panelled door. Round-arched ground-floor openings. Architraved
sash windows to upper floors with 1st floor cornices and cast
iron balconies. Stucco cornice and blocking course. Attached
iron railings with torch flambe finials.
