House. c1800 with C20 refurbishment. Timber-framed and
rendered, pantile roof, red brick stack. Rectangular plan. 2
storeys. E front elevation: single window range plus doorway,
all features now C20, windows double casements with glazing
bars, 4x3 panes, door has upper glazing of 2x3 panes, lower
recessed panel. Walling has C20 pargetted decoration. Rear W
elevation: plain, No.1 is continuous with the rear N wing of
No.34 Church Street (qv) but faces in the opposite direction.
