GV II

House, now offices. 1863; TW 1863 on keyblock over door. Red brick with gault brick dressings, slate roof, off-centre and right end ridge stacks with cornices. 4 bays, 3 storeys, dentilled eaves, white brick quoins, 3-course stepped floor bands. Projecting gabled entrance bay with barge-boards, decorative panelled door with fanlight under round arch with moulded terracotta keyblock, round headed windows above with margin glazed sashes. Service entrance to left with vertically panelled door with fanlight under round arch with terracotta keyblock. Other windows have flat gauged brick arches; with red and black brick keyblocks to the ground foor, red brick keyblocks to first floor and alternate red and white bricks to second floor. All have sashes with margin glazing.
