Detached town house, later pair of houses. c1700, refronted in early C19. Granite and other local rubble with original timber chamfered lintels with cyma stops; steep scantle slate roof with brick end stacks; cast-iron ogee gutter. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Central blind window, with 12-pane horizontal-sliding sash with thick glazing bars painted on, over pair of doorways with mid/late C19 four-panel top-glazed doors within shallow trellised wooden porch with elliptical arch and low-pitched gable; flanking mid C19 twelve-pane hornless sashes and late C19 six-pane horned sashes above. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
