Terrace wall in front of Nos.1 and 3

GV II

Terrace wall. Late C18 or early C19. Local rubble battered
retaining wall with dressed granite copings surmounted by
simple wrought-iron railings with widely-spaced stanchions and
2 rails. This structure is a prominent feature complementing
the churchyard walls of the Church of St Michael (qv).
