Small detached house. C18. Local rubble with some stucco;
timber lintels to ground floor; shallow segmental arches to
C19 altered 1st-floor openings; steep C20 scantle slate roof;
brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; irregular
2-window range. Horizontal-sliding sashes with glazing bars to
some openings but boarded over at time of survey; mid C20
top-glazed door. INTERIOR inaccessible at time of survey.
