Corner shop and house. c1820. Brick, partly colourwashed, with stucco dressings and hipped and gabled pantile roof with two ridge stacks. Plinth, brick pilasters, multi keystoned lintels.Two storeys. Rounded corner with sixteen pane window and below it, two-leaf half glazed door with overlight. Victoria Street front has two dummy glazing bar sashes, flanked by single cross casements. Below, an off-centre close boarded door with overlight, flanked to left by a six-pane shop window and to right by two glazing bar sashes. Parliament Street side has to right a two window range with pilasters. Cross casement and to right, dummy sash. Below, a a glazing bar sash and to right, a four-pane shop window with cornice on brackets. To left, a single window range, set back, with a glazing bar sash, and below it, a round headed entry with close boarded door, imposts and blank fanlight.
