Includes: No.4 PRINCE'S STREET.
2 houses. c1840. Yellow brick with stone and stucco dressings
and slate roof with single gable, ridge and side wall stacks.
Plinth, first and second floor bands, dentillated eaves,
pedimented gables. Windows are mainly glazing bar sashes with
multi keystone lintels. 3 storeys; 4 window range, the left
one blank. Above, 4 smaller windows, with a blank to the left
and 2 sashes to the right. between them, a C20 casement.
Below, an off-centre reeded doorcase with scroll brackets and
flat hood. Beaded 6-panel door with overlight, flanked to
right by a sash and to left by an imitation sash. To left
again, a dummy sash. Prince's Street front has a 2-storey
addition to left. 3 window range of imitation sashes, that to
left being a dummy. Above, 2 C20 casements and to their left,
a half-round window. Above again, in the pediment, a dummy
half-round window. Below, a central fielded 6-panel door with
overlight, flanked by single imitation sashes.
