GV II

House. Mid C18. Brick; Welsh slate roof, with gable to street;
reduced brick end stack; brick axial lateral stack. 2 storeys,
attic and cellar; 3-window range: central 6/6 sash, flanked by
8/8 sashes, all under brick flat arches; wrought-iron
balconette to right sash. Central entrance: C20 eight-panel
door, and ornate overlight, under moulded wood flat hood on
square columns and pilasters; flanked by 8/8 sashes under
brick flat arches; storeyband. Right returned side: 8/8 sash
to ground and 1st floors; returned storeyband; 6/6 sash to
gable; gauged brick arches; balconette to 1st floor.
