GV II

Carpenter's workshop, now mechanic's workshop and office. Mid
C19. Brick with slate roof. Single-storey rectangular
structure with loft. Very wide eaves forming pentices to
sides. West end has segmental-headed entrance with paired
plank doors with segmental-headed window to right, with
2-light casement; loading door above has projection of roof
over, to shelter hoisting gear. Single-storey gabled office
wing to north has varied 2-light casements. Rear elevation to
Crown Street is blind, an important element in the street.
