House now shop and offices. C17, early C19, C20. Timber-framed
and plastered, slate roof half hipped to street, asymmetrical
mansard to sides. Rectangular plan, short side to street. 2
storey and attic. Front, N elevation, ground floor, C20 shop
set back with C20 jetty (possibly reflecting original form),
first floor, 2 early C19 sash windows with moulded
architraves. Central attic window similar with glazing bars,
3x3 panes. Rear, S elevation, ground floor obscured by C20
addition. First floor, early C19 sash window. Attic C20
2-light casement window. W side elevation, two C19 stacks
through roof pitch, ground floor, N end C20 jetty return to S
end. C19 sash window with horns. First floor, two C19 sash
windows. E elevation now exposed.
INTERIOR: cellar said to be entirely C20 in origin. No timber
framing exposed. Nos 108-114 even (qv) and No.120 (qv) form a
group.
