House. Probably mid C17, with later alterations. Rendered plinth; small
timber-framing with painted brick infill; Cl9 tile-hanging to first floor right;
old plain-tile roof; brick ridge stack to right of centre. 2-storey, 3-window
range at right-angles to street, 2-panel door to right return of C19 porch at
right of centre. Irregular fenestration of 2-light casements. Right return, to
street: ground floor of brick, probably underbuilding of jetty. C19 tile-hanging
to first floor, probably on timber framing. Interior not inspected.
