1707. Founded by Charles Twitty, "deputy auditor of the Receipt of Exchequer on in Westminster". Single storeyed red brick building. Modillion eaves cornice. Central pediment with ball finial and weathervane. Hipped roof with attractive glazed lantern of square plan. Panelled door and casement window of four lights, glazing bars, brick gauged voussoirs.
