House, now house and shop. Probably C18, remodelled C19. Regular coursed
ironstone rubble, Welsh slate roof, stone coping to right. 2 storeys plus attic;
single-window range. Entrance to right has panelled door, wood doorcase and wood
lintel. C20 shop window to left has glazing bars and wood lintel. First floor
has a 3-light wood-mullioned and transomed window. Attic floor has two 2-light
casements. Wall attached to right: squared, coursed blocks of ironstone. Stone
coping swept up to right. Square ironstone pier. Interior: chamfered beams and
joists. Included for group value.
