House, now office. Late C19. Limestone. Hipped slate roof. 2 stone end stacks. 3
storeys; 4-window range. Main elevation facing Horse Fair has open pedimented
bay to right. Entrance in left part has doorcase with cornice and floral
decoration. Sash window to left has shell cornice and console. Tri-partite sash
window to right has shell cornice and console. 4 sashes to first floor have
moulded stone surrounds and cambered heads. 4 sash windows to third floor, 2
with square heads and 2 with semi-circular heads. Flat band between ground floor
and first floor. Moulded, chamfered string course between second and third
floors. Dentilled stone eaves course. Rusticated stone quoins. Interior not
inspected.
