Nos.25, 26 AND 27

GV II

Terrace of 3 houses. Mid C19. Solid rendered walls. Slated
roofs. 2 late C20 red-brick chimneys. 3 storeys. Each house of
1-window range with doorway to right of ground storey, except
that No 27 is narrower than the others with openings reduced
to match. Doorways have flat plain architraves, that at No 27
also enclosing the window. Nos 25 and 26 have original
4-panelled doors and No 27 a late C20 plank door. Nos 25 and
26 have 6-paned sash windows in ground and second storeys;
4-paned Yorkshire sashes in third storey. No 27 has 2-paned
sash window in ground storey, 4-paned sashes in second storey
and a 6-paned wood casement in third storey. INTERIOR not
inspected. Included for group value.
