Farmhouse. C17 or earlier. Solid rendered front wall;
slate-hung side walls. Slated roof, hipped to left. Large
rendered chimney on rear wall, off-centre to left; another on
right gable end. 2 red-brick chimneys on left side wall. 2
storeys. 6 windows wide. 2 storeyed gable porch off-centre to
right; round-arched doorway with chamfered imposts. C17 inner
door, panelled and studded with strap-hinges; square-headed
ovolo-moulded frame. Windows have plain 2-light wood
casements.
Interior: not inspected, but 1973 list description mentions
"wide fireplace with stop chamfered beam, beams reinforced,
window seats, 2-panel doors."
