Farmhouse. Dated 'BQ 1879'. Limestone and slate rubble, red
standstone dressings, graduated slate roof. 2 storeys, 3
windows to 1st floor. Rock-faced quoins. Boarded door to right
of centre has quoined surround, Tudor-arched lintel and
datestone under stepped hoodmould. 3-light window on left with
flush sill, chamfered mullions and quoined surrounds to tall
4-pane sashes under hoodmould. 2-light windows to right of
door and 2-light windows to 1st floor in same style.
Oversailing verges with bargeboards; quoined end stacks. Rear:
2-storey porch incorporates reset lintel inscribed '1643
rebuilt 1873'. No other C17 fabric.
