House in row, with shop. Late C18 or early C19. Flemish
brickwork, tile roof, brick stack.
3 storeys, attic and basement, 1-windowed. 2-light raked
dormer above large 16-pane sashes to fine brick voussoirs and
stone cills above C20 shop front and door; basement grille.
Coped parapet to mansard roof with hipped end, brick stack,
right; straight joints to each side of property. Back also has
narrow mansard gable over 2-light casements to half-brick
segmental heads. INTERIOR not inspected.
