House in row, with office. Mid to late C18 front, C17 rear.
Flemish bond brickwork, tile roof, rendered stack.
3 storeys and basement, 2-windowed. 4-pane sashes to brick
voussoirs with central fluted and coped keystone, stone cills.
Ground floor rendered, has central C20 door, and to left a
good 6-panel C18 door to former throughway, giving access also
to No.69 (qv). Basement grilles. Coped parapet, large rendered
stack to right. INTERIOR not inspected.
