GV II

House. Early-mid C18, remodelled C19 and altered C20. Rendered
with incised masonry patterns with plain-tile roof and
rendered end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic;
2-window range. Central C20 door with rendered hoodmould, C19
horned and quartered sash windows to ground and 1st floors,
those to ground floor with rendered hoodmoulds. Cogged brick
eaves. Central gabled roof dormer window.
INTERIOR: chamfered and stop-chamfered spine beams. Roof has
central principal rafters without collar or tie and 1 tier of
purlins.
