Town house, now office. Early C19. Incised stucco on masonry;
hipped slate roof; brick lateral stack on left. Corner site
fitted with corner shop in late C19. 3 storeys; 2-window front
to Victoria Square, 2-window return to Kenwyn Street. Original
12-pane sashes to first-floor left, otherwise later horned
sashes. Ground floor has late C19 shop front with doorway to
splayed corner; further doorway to far right with scribed
pilasters and consoles surmounted by round arches with
quatrefoils breaking a cornice with modillions; 6-panel door,
blind overlight; similar cornice to sloping shop fascia and
similar end pilaster to left of Kenwyn Street front; latticed
cast-iron panels with quatrefoils to stall risers and ornate
cast-iron cresting above fascia. INTERIOR: shop altered C20,
upper floors not inspected.
