Town house. Early C19. Stucco on studwork to front, roof
hidden from street level. Deep plan altered when converted to
shops. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Quoin strips, mid-floor
string with key-pattern frieze and moulded eaves cornice.
Original 12-pane hornless sashes within architraves with
scrolled ears under flat anthemion-decorated pediments to
first floor and plain heads to 2nd floor which has aprons with
shell decoration. Ground floor has C20 shop front on the left
and late C19 shop front on the right which has transom over
pair of doors and 2 plate-glass windows, small panes above
with end consoles over pilasters and fascia with moulded
cornice over dentils. INTERIOR: shop altered C20, otherwise
not inspected.
