House, now office. c1770. Brick with limestone ashlar
dressings and brick stacks; roof not visible. Double-depth
plan. Symmetrical mid Georgian front with rusticated pilasters
and moulded coping to parapet. Central pedimented doorcase on
brackets; ground-floor canted bays either side with C20
glazing, upper Venetian windows with 6/6-pane sashes and
interlaced heads. INTERIOR: completely restored c1980 with the
loss of most period details. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: wrought-iron
railings to steps.
