Attached house. c1770, restored c1980. Brick with limestone
ashlar, party wall stacks and pantile roof. Double-depth plan.
Mid Georgian style. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Rusticated
quoin strips to a coped parapet. Right-hand doorway has
semicircular-arched doorway with key and imposts and a cornice
above and a 6-panel door. Canted timber bay has pilaster jambs
and cornice; segmental-arched heads with 5 stepped voussoirs
to 6/6-pane sashes. INTERIOR: completely rebuilt. SUBSIDIARY
FEATURES: attached steel spear-headed front area railings.
