House. Mid C18, extended C19. Render with brick stacks and
slate hipped roof. T-shaped double-depth plan. 2 storeys and
attic; 5-window range. Parapet to front and eaves to sides;
early C19 left-hand single-storey bay projects from the front.
6/6-pane sashes with thick glazing bars and flush boxes;
ground-floor tented verandah to left-hand bay. The left-hand
return elevation has interlacing heads to the windows and
gabled dormers. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES:
covered walkway with elliptical-arched roof from entrance gate
to front door.
