Attached house, now offices. c1710, restored 1992. Render with
limestone dressings, brick party wall stacks and a pantile
hipped roof. Early Georgian style. 3 storeys, attic and
basement; 2-window range. A moulded coping, right-hand doorway
with a 3-pane overlight and 6-panel door; 6/6-pane sashes in
flush frames, and a basement hatch. INTERIOR not inspected.
