Arc lamp post. Designed 1888 by HF Proctor. Cast-iron. A
fluted base with panels bearing City arms, topped by a foliate
bulb, shaft to a foliate top turned over into a half-circle
with curly brackets to lamp with a cast flower. Relamped.
