Terrace of 3 houses. c1820. Stucco over rubble, party wall
stacks and a pantile roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian
style. Each of 3 storeys and basement; 1-window range. Heavily
rusticated front with a cornice and parapet; left-hand
semicircular-arched doorways have pilasters to open pediments,
6-panel doors with raised and fielded panels and fanlights. 5
stepped voussoirs to plate-glass sashes, and with glazing
bars. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached
front basement area wrought-iron railings with vase finials.
Built along the New Cut of 1809.
